“I don't know know her name, but I wish I did to compliment her. I just called as a first time patient attempting to make an appointment, and after having the worst experiences at so many separate places, had almost given up hope... I had pretty poor expectations after seing the stars on google, but I called today, the Athens number, and transferred to someone for first appointments. I had the best and most hopeful experience in trying to get help my entire adult life. I talked to them for 30 minutes, and explained way more than they asked or I should have, but they just stayed so patient and kind. It was truly a different experience, and left me feeling positive and hopeful towards my induction telecomm interview tomorrow.”

“Their rate at losing therapist is ridiculous. I have been here for 4 yrs for PTSD and i have been called 4 times to be told my therapist left. I haven't even got to meet with this 4th one before she ended up leaving. If you want to have to tell your past trauma 1000 times to many different people this is the place for you. People want a stable place to release their stories and better guidance on how to manage things and all this place does is give you what ur fighting. PTSD its like u dont even wanna talk to their therapist anymore. U dont wanna open up. I will be finding some where else to go. Im officially done!”
