How likely are you to recommend Hinsdale Behavioral Health Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“Most unprofessional ‘care’ I have received. Dr. Ibrahim knows next to nothing about the medications she’s managing and when you try to advocate for yourself they either ignore your concerns or treat you like a child and attempt to scold you. Patronizing and condescending messages. No regard for your schedule or store hours when requesting refills. Would rather treat existing pathology by adding more based on a leading interview with a half baked conclusion already decided. When I did request a transfer of care they tried to set me up with someone with even worse reviews and if I read correctly was under investigation for some professional misdeeds.”
“I appreciate Dr. Dwivedi and have trusted him for years (18) in his clinical decision making. I have worked with him at a professional level in the past and that is why I trust him treating my children and continue referring patients to him. My children love talking with him at their visits, which is helpful in him being able to medicate them appropriately, and he looks for new ways to treat them without as many side effects. I am thankful and appreciate his dedication to his patients and their parents!”
“Absolutely terrible place to receive care. The doctors are very ambivalent to your concerns and kind of just brush them off until you continuously assert their importance. I’ve had to go into appointments after researching medicine on my own and insist they at least allow a trial period. The doctors don’t really provide suggestions and just shrug off all of your concerns or questions. They seem to just want to receive their money and go about their day. While the doctors are not responsive, the office front desk is even worse. If you plan on calling in, know that they will certainly not answer your first call and it’ll go straight to voicemail. Then you call right back after you hang up, and they finally answer then. It’s also important to note that if you ever require a refill, plan on calling in at least 2 weeks before you run out of your prescription. I’ve called in, asked for the front desk to have the doctor refill my prescription, and then wait and wait and wait, until finally you have to call in at least once more to assert how important it is you receive your refill so you do not run out. The entire office has a very laxadasical approach to their “care”, and I would highly recommend finding another doctor and office to receive care. Consider yourselves warned - you’ll spend more time getting yourself worked up than is necessary for regular care.”
“My doctor actually takes the time to listen to you. She doesn't rush you and she very much cares about her patients. I would say that she is very good at her job. The staff are very nice and responsive to any questions that I have. Even if I leave a message, they get back to me right away.”
