“Positive first experience seeking psychiatric treatment for medication management with Dr. Gary at Lifestance. I felt listened to, validated and cared about. I have yet to see how a telehealth appointment goes, considering how the patient portal is kind of clunky and not very user friendly. Hopefully there are no hiccups in that process during virtual follow ups. Overall a good experience. The office is clean, the front desk receptionist is very kind and everyone here treated me with respect and overall positivity.”
