What patients say on Google

“No treatment is probably better than the abysmal care you'll receive here. They will pump you full of pill though if you're looking to help support the pharmaceutical industry. Just don't expect any help if the pills make your problems worse.”
Will Dotter
“I am a patient here and have been since before Covid and I can honestly say that since I’ve been here I’ve seen the place decline as of recently. Whoever is one of the leads here (Raquel) is very rude. They don’t seem like they actually care about the patient as an individual and it does not seem or feel patient centered or empathy based or led. I’m so disappointed and I honestly wish I had better insurance and money to afford to go somewhere else. Within just the last year there have been a couple of instances including currently where I’ve gone without my medication for months because of a lack of communication on their end and the inability to see a doctor because of lack of availability and emergency appointments. When I tried to speak with someone there about it I felt I was coldly pushed to the side when I came here as a human being seeking help. Extremely disappointing and upsetting. (I recently got this woman’s name but unfortunately I’ve had to deal with her several times) Rachel (Raquel) Pallanes is cold and rude and in my opinion should not be working in social services or any job helping people for that matter. She should be fired. She made me feel so unimportant and honestly like I was a child getting scolded by a principle. Absolutely ridiculous. I want to make it clear Raquel gave me her name as Rachel over the phone but there is a woman here also named Rachel who was very sweet and helpful. Night and day difference.”

“Do not use Scheib. The process to get prescriptions is so slow and tedious, and there are so many levels of approval, you will usually spend at least a few days between each refill without medication. I have suffered antidepressant withdrawal more since starting this facility than all the times I did while being shuffled from doctor to doctor. I have had endless frustrations while using them for the past 10 months. I finally decided to stop using the place and write this review when they told me I would have to completely restart the process because I “missed too many appointments”. The reality was, they had called and told me the wrong date for an appointment, so I obviously missed it, and my doctor had cancelled the appointment before that. There are more reliable online resources, just don’t waste your time and energy here.”
Lauren Dirksen
“I’ve been with this place for almost a year now. The CBT therapy I went through ended up helping more with how I perceive myself rather than getting over the childhood trauma. I was prescribed medications to help my mental illnesses but in order to even get these medications, you have to call the doctor and your insurance and the pharmacy about 200 times each. I’ve been waiting over a week for medication to help my bipolar disorder and I STILL am unable to get into contact with anyone that cares enough to help. I appreciated this place for a long time but with recent months, the quality has declined quite a lot. I would have recommended this center 5 months ago but now I just feel trapped.”
