What patients say on Google

“When you’re having a mental health crisis they will repeatedly ask: if you’re on drugs, that you’re typically not like this, you must have taken something, what did you take? When I called to complain about how horribly my wife was treated I was calm and polite with staff and they promised me a callback or follow up to let me know the situation was handled, by either the office manager or supervising doctor. I called multiple times over the course of a month and got nothing back. It wasn’t until I started yelling that I got anywhere and even then I have yet to hear from the supervising doctor that the situation has been handled. The office manager is wholly incapable of doing their job. Apparently once a complaint has been filed it is out of their hands and no longer able to make a follow up call. However, the doctor apparently wouldn’t be able to call me back since there was only verbal consent from my wife to talk about this matter and not a form that my wife had to fill out. Did during any of my calls where I was calm and polite did they think this was something I needed to know? No, of course not. Did they send it over the second I started yelling? Yes. Inter office communication is very clearly abysmal. All I can hope at this point is that they took my complaint seriously and handled it with the seriousness that it is owed. If you or one of your loved ones goes here make sure to find a new psychiatrist office ASAP. It’s been made abundantly clear these “doctors” do not care about their patients.”

“Ketamine therapy here has been a very good experience. They provide a very comfortable and safe space for relaxing ketamine therapy. The staff are friendly, but reaching them via phone for scheduling proved challenging at times.”

“Not a fan of the downtown location due to construction which is not their fault, but overall great place to get care! Everyone is super nice and welcoming. To people reviewing comments or leaving them: 1. If they are using AI to diagnose you, report them to the medical board. You can also say NO when they ask if you want AI to take notes. 2. “They are pushing meds!” Aka they suggested one or two medications to help you. If you don’t want to take medication, go to a “holistic” psychiatrist. Don’t blame them because YOU don’t want to take meds to help you. Furthermore, why even seek treatment if you aren’t going to follow their advice? 3. Insurance is your responsibility not theirs. While I do agree that if the insurance they take changes that affects a large number of patients, they should send out an email, it is not your fault if YOU don’t know your own coverage. I can guarantee that most of the complaints about insurance and cost is 99% the person complaining’s fault.”

“Loved working with Katie Murray, but that's about it. The office staff here is terrible. 3 visits in, I was notified by my insurance that they were no longer in network for me. I liked working with Katie so much, I asked what the cash out of pocket costs would be to continue seeing her. They never responded to me. They did however, send out a mass announcement shortly after my request talking about how "the patient is responsible for knowing what their insurance covers" and "to reach out to the staff if you have questions about billing". I did reach out... you didn't respond I still had a 4th appointment scheduled, and after not hearing a response from the office, I had to cancel it. Why did I cancel it? Because you can cancel online without talking to someone. Rescheduling requires a phone call, and they didn't answer. I don't really understand what I was billed for - the invoices in my portal don't really make sense. And given how hard it is to talk to someone I just gave up, I don't think I was overcharged? idk. Oh and all of the emails saying the same thing over and over again - it feels like spam”
