What patients say on Google

“Nearly everyone at HCS is so friendly and helpful, and always empathetic and caring. I feel very fortunate for their services and feel like they are truly life-saving. Highly recommend to anyone struggling through difficult times. They've helped me and continue to help me. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at HCS for the hard work you all do every day!”

“This place is horrible. I went for an autism diagnosis because I have been struggling to find a provider that does them for adults and this office MADE ME AN APPT AND CALLED ME ABOUT IT TWICE EVEN TELLING ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF JUST TO NOT DO IT. They had me do paperwork for 30 minutes then had me sit there an additional 30 minutes even though my appt was at 10. I got called in at 1030 and they brought me all the way to a room in the back just so the lady can make weird jokes and then tell me they dont do autism diagnosis for adults. This was an absolutely horrible experience and it was so overwhelming and I finally felt I was getting the help I've been BEGGING FOR just to be sent away. I waited weeks for this appt and they knew they could never help me.”

“0/10, do not recommend, for poor management and oversight. It seems their frontline crisis workers have no experience. I’ll never go back or ask for help, here. Gives the opposite of what a person seeking help needs.”

“My son's treatment was horrible I wouldn't even rate it one star but that's lowest rating.”
