“They’ll send you to a doctor without checking to see if your insurance covers it. Make sure you know what’s covered and what isn’t because they will not help you at all and then they will charge you. Therapist said we were making progress, but I feel no progress at all. It’s a shame because I’ve seen them chase other people out the door for not having a small co-pay. Great state agency. I think twice about going if you have a choice to go somewhere else. I’m not saying don’t go there. I’m saying look other places and do your homework. every phone number I call for them is scheduling. I’ve left several voicemails to try to pay them and no one has called me back. What a joke this place is.”

“Hi. I just want to say this is a great facility for detoxing and peer support. But, when I came here I was not able to receive the medication I needed when I found the one that worked. I told my doctor that the adavan the nurses were giving me worked and that I was calm and aware of my surroundings. He said to take lithium and I said No because I have been on so many drugs in the past and they did not work, that because I knew the adavan worked to give me that. I started arguing with him and then I left without any medication except for the one pill that actually worked the first night I got there. So now it's been 5 months and I still have the same underlying problems; paranoia, anxiety, negative energy, hate, anger, and pessimism. I just want the nurses and health aides to know they are very good people and do a good job and the psychiatrist is a big fat nimrod with a paper shredder degree. Thank you.”
