“This place is great until you need a prescription called in. Every other month they have to call in a new prescription for my son’s adderroll. I’ll leave about 10 voicemails in a week with 0 Response and 0 prescriptions called in. In the meantime my son is out of medicine. I’ll leave messages begging them to call it in but they won’t. It’s become a major problem that the facility won’t help with when all I need them to do is pick up the phone and call in the prescription. Please please please call in the prescription. Please.”

“Only go here if you have to. They didn't let me know they wernt refilling my daughter's medication so if I as a single mom don't magically get an appointment exactly 30 ays or less than her previous one my daughter runs out of her medicine. Thanks Ruby, for being so rude on the phone and ruining my day. And now my daughter doesn't have her medicine. This is America!”

“Absolutely love this place. I have children. That have been receiving therapy services and have been through multiple workers here. Everyone has always been wonderful. Please fix the door though. The high pitched screeching everytime the door is used is not only annoying but is triggering for some adults and children.”

Reading the comments below, I have honestly never had a bad experience here and the receptionist are extremely kind, to me and the folks I see them talking too. Yes, they are a busy practice but all my phone calls get returned in a timely manner. The resources here are life changing! I have been seen by the "best" doctors outside of this company that literally just sit you down, write you a script, and push you out the door. Not here! They are very personable and kind hearted that will actually sit down with you and listen. I would highly suggest this place to anyone who is in need!”
