“I was sent away at 12:15pm while having a manic episode because they only accept walk ins Wednesdays and Fridays I was told 8-12 than 8am the next day as I thought I had heard wednesday-friday. Anyways, I attempted to set up a appointment and was turned down because I wasn't an established patient. So you have to first walk in at 8am wed or Friday as a walk in or you can't schedule anything. For a mental health facility they surely do not seem to actually give a shit about mental health. Wouldn't recommend 0/10”

“The lady at the front with blonde hair at the Gordon county office is the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. She’s very disrespectful and kept trying to walk away when I was talking to her when my sons therapy was double booked my then and I was trying to get answers. I’m in disbelief they let someone that rude work at a therapy office”
