“I would recommend high focus to everyone if I could, whether or not they struggle with mental health, substance abuse etc. Therapists Heather, Natalie, Kristen, and Tasha are all amazing ladies that lead amazing and informative groups. Having come from a sister facility that did similar classes/groups, it felt a whole lot more organized and prepared here. “More people need to know about this place. Even doctors in town don't know it is here. It is highly effective group therapy run by caring, compassionate, and well trained clinicians. If you are serious about wanting to get better or feel better from struggles with mental health or substance abuse they will give you all the tools you need to help you regain your life. The group sessions are much more effective than just doing individual therapy. This program is the best way to address mental and emotional demons that haunt you.”
