““We’d love to hear from you.” Would you?? Because getting ahold of this office next to impossible. When calling, they will not answer the phone. You must leave a message. But if you’re like me and work the same hours as they’re open and IF they call you back when you can’t answer… what do you do? They won’t answer the phone when you try to call back. It’s an endless loop of never speaking with someone. I’ve been going here for years now and the only way I can get things done is if I ask for time off work to physically go in and speak face to face. I LOVE my psychiatrist, and that’s why I’ve stayed. But I tell ya… if Dr McKean moved to a different office I’d be overjoyed to move with him. This would a fantastic clinic to get help from if they just worked on their communication options and availability. It needs to get better.”
