“This clinic is truly a godsend! Heuristic Wellness is always organized, kind, and professional. I have a poor memory, but they consistently call to make sure my follow-up appointments are scheduled if I forget to reach out. Also, it meant so much to me that I was referred to by my preferred pronouns from the very beginning. Thanks to this clinic, I was finally able to receive an adult autism diagnosis by being matched with the right therapist. There have been times when I needed to reach my psychiatrist outside of scheduled appointments, and the team has always taken these matters seriously. Everyone here is respectful, compassionate, and genuinely caring! My current psychiatrist, Dr. Doris Ansah, is exceptional. She truly listens, always takes me seriously and empathizes with my struggles, and checks in on how I’m feeling during every appointment. Her guidance and support have been invaluable. I also want to highlight Sarah Wolf, a psychologist who has profoundly helped me as well. She was the first professional to rule out a misdiagnosis I had carried for years. Calm, supportive, and understanding, she made me feel completely safe discussing my life and experiences and made me feel validated.
