“Terrible experience when I took my son here. Almost every single time he had an appt, the counselor would call and want to change the time. One of the days she changed the time, my older son had to drop him off and I was going to leave work and get there to pick him up. Well, the counselor left out the back door right before the appt because she was sick and my son was alone in the waiting room. He ended up leaving and walking down Rt 422 because he didn't know what to do. I saw him while I was driving. She called me a couple min after the appt was supposed to start saying she left. I explained he was already there. She didn't care. At least have someone there to assist if you have to leave unexpectedly! He saw her leave and get in her car, which means she most likely saw him. We never went back, but they continued to charge us. Unreal. This was a few years ago, but she's still there. Not a good look when you are supposed to be helping children”

“Before I even made an appointment with this location I even saw the negative reviews but I still gave them a chance. Well I’m here to say all the negative reviews are correct. Had to cancel an appointment due to not being home in time from our family vacation the therapist she said it was ok. Well she took my daughter off of the bi weekly schedule that she was on. Well me being the kind person I am I kept taking my daughter. Our family dog had to be put down mind you we had this dog for several years so he was part of the family so cancelled an appointment due to that. I tried to reschedule but the secretary was like “I will have so an so give you a call to reschedule your appointment” to this day a week and a half later the woman has still yet to call me I have called several times. So these people could care less what life throws at you they want their money because best believe the took that $60 out of my account for canceling the appointment. So I have taken my daughter some where else with therapist that are respectful and understanding and actually care about their clients and not just their money. So if you took the time to read this stay clear of this place.”

“Before my first appointment, there were multiple times when I would have to reschedule because my therapist would be “sick” or wouldn’t come out to get me from the waiting room if I was even just one minute late (I didn’t have my phone on me to call and there’s no receptionist available on-site, or at least I wasn’t made aware if there was). My first session went okay; I told my therapist about my concerns and what my goals were. I didn’t feel all that understood by my therapist, but I thought I’d go through with a second session anyways since I just told her everything I’d experienced and didn’t wanna have to go through that painful process all over again. We agreed on a date and time, and then when I showed up for that second appointment, I was informed that she was seeing another patient and that my name was never even on the schedule to begin with. She double-booked. I was told I’d get a call once my therapist was finished with her current session. I never got a call to apologize or reschedule, and a week later I finally decided to call and address this matter. I was told that I’d get a call by the end of that day. It never came. Finally, I called one last time the next day and stated that I still hadn’t gotten a call and they once again said I’d get one within the hour. That, too, never happened. I’m looking for another therapist as I write this. They did not respect my time and displayed quite unprofessional behavior.”

“I was on their waiting list for months without any follow up. When they called me with an opening, I said I started seeing someone elsewhere due to the long wait so they HUNG UP ON ME! I wouldn't trust someone who is so rude to handle my mental health concerns.”
