He officially diagnosed me as a female in my 30's who had started struggling really bad. He actually listens and is very compassionate. He has worked with me on getting the correct medications for my needs. 10/10 would recommend”

“I contacted Hernando Psychiatry last week (4/7) and completed online paperwork which was required to obtain an appointment. Took several calls and verifications but completed. I explained my son had just been released from the hospital and needed after care ASAP and they worked to get his appointment today (4/16). It was a struggle but we held out with promises to him he was going to get to talk to someone today. That never happened and they do not care!!! We spent 45 minutes with Jessica because she couldn't verify his insurance. She had the paperwork well in advance and I had even called in advance to verify. But today Jessica was unable to verify or get a person at the insurance via online or phone. When I became so frustrated I googled the insurance number and got right thru no problem. I gave my phone to Jessica and suddenly she could verify everything but alas now they couldn't see him. If this is what they call compassionate care we are all in trouble. PLEASE avoid this awful place at all costs as they do not care.”

I’ve never felt like I’m being judged by them, I’ve never felt rushed, Ethan always listens to what is going on with me and explains everything. Very thorough.
