“Psychology/therapy has been wonderful. I never thought I’d make any progress as with previous providers but the EMDR process has been eye opening. Not happy with psychiatrist. Complete lack of transparency and communication over prescriptions. Stops meds without telling me, without a replacement or a plan to ween off medication. She doesn’t talk to me during appointments and makes light of my diagnoses when I open up. Was told heritage would not find me a different psychiatrist because of scheduling. I just want my doctor to have my best interest in mind and not just do busy work to make it look like I was part of a conversation.”
