“This place is a joke.. once you leave they washed their hands of you... What they tell you you're going to go out to another 3/4 house or treatment center and be able to switch your insurance which I can't so now I got screwed out of 30 days... Don't believe anything they say if you go in there...”

“I would not recommend this facility at all. Justina The physician assistance at the Southfield location, decided it was time for me to go back to work. Nothing has changed and nothing improved. She made a very wrong decision. I do not recommend this facility for anyone. Justina is the worst.”

“5 stars although I believe I would have enjoyed my stay more thoroughly had I had a Jacuzzi in my room !!! and I was blessed to only have had a roommate for 1 night that they placed another human in my room out of 30 I was there? Just my opinion? As for the program, saved my life ! When I really didn't care to myself, I learned a lot while I was there. Most importantly I somehow had the epiphany that I never went to treatment because I wanted to quit using drugs, I went to treatment because I still wanted to use despite heavy consequences and I didn't know how to stop, and I had exhausted every resource I could come up with to continue using. I have now been drug and alcohol free for 17 months and my life is better than ever, I didn't expect to get this far , this easily. A certain staff member really helped me in making the next next decision on where to go from Eastwood that was a very important decision, not to go back into the same environment where I consistently succeeded to use a failed to stay clean, now matter how many reasons I came up with, or who else I could convince that it was a sound decision. I face my problems today and almost look forward to solving my problems as they arise ,there's nothing that can will would or could stop me from living a good life other than poor choices that would or could lead me in the wrong direction.”

“Well, I hope this place gets shut down. My personal experience has been God Awful! I was threatened by people that had drugs in the facility, yet she did NOTHING. NOT to mention the fact How about the fact that Gwendolyn, the director, stands on a 5% success rate recovery message? Just say no is their message! Self-centered is what I see. NO BACKBONE. PURE SELF-CENTEREDNESS. I would like to know how that plays out with basic Karma. You know, advancing a career at the expense of peoples children.”
