“I was supposed to have an initial appointment. I understand the missed appointment fee, and under any other circumstances, I Wouldn't be writing this. I called . maybe 5 to 10 minutes at most after my appointment because my dad has advanced stages of Alzheimer's and was being very aggressive and I had to go down there. I explained that to them and they said they would let the doctor know. They called back and basically said without directly saying, yeah, he doesn't care. Still charging you. Very Unethical and just be careful. Doesn't sound like the Doctor is a doctor because he actually cares about patients. Take that however you want, but those are the facts.”
