“I’ve been wanting to give a shout out to Bruce, lineal, Susan and Jessica. My stays the past month wouldn’t be what they were without you guys. You guys have taught me help is okay and that there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. My heart goes out to you guys and I wouldn’t be who I am today without your help and support. You guys are amazing and deserve the world and a raise, you go above and beyond. And I’ll never forget you guys!”

“BRUCE BROWN is the BEST! Hendricks struck gold when hiring him! Always smiling, his positivity rubbed off on EVERYONE! I don't know think my 10 day stay there would've been this good without him, and all the staff, they're all amazing! I wasn't getting any messages left and that was depressing, so, the nurse, can't remember her name unfortunately, she gave out the meds, left 3 or 4 messages on the board for me, to raise my spirits. With any other team I didn't think our stay there would've been this great. They are ALL some very special people! Thank you all for all the positivity you gave out, I surely needed all that love!! THANK YOU AND I MISS YOU ALL!!”

“Was treated like absolute trash here. For one, they refused to give me clean pants, this caused me to develop an infection that I had to get dealt with after leaving. They would let this cute man sit on the phone for hours but would scream at me and make threatening approaches to me while on the phone. They watch you sleep, I could NOT sleep because I kept on waking up with a woman staring down at me. Oh and that's not even the worst part. There financial lady told me my bills were 100% completely covered by my insurance company. Got a call from a collection's agency today, a bill I cannot afford at all is about to ruiny credit score. All because of this stupid hospital I didn't even WANT to go to. Would never recommend to anyone. The staff is scary if you have trauma, the place is unclean, and they like to mess around with you financially. Find a different place, this is the worst mental facility I have ever been to”

“Branden and Bruce were such a big help in my journey to find self love again! I’m very thankful for all the staff, most were very kind and helpful. These two just stuck out to me and had the most bond with me personally! The stay I had was very clean. Meeting a group of people with the same mental status as myself was the best part especially with them being around the same age. The groups were great, I’m very glad I chose to return to HBH for mental health care. Let’s hope I don’t have to again but if for whatever reason I do I will come back to HBH! Thank you all for welcoming me in with wide open arms, teaching me many skills and then saying good bye to me with tight hugs. Highly recommend anyone searching for help to come find the help at HBH!”
