“What a wonderful experience I had at Helix. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Did a Breathwork session with Britney, she is amazing! I will definitely be going back!”
“This has been a disaster from the very beginning, I attempted the virtual visit to not only be refused a zoom call but medications were sent to my pharmacy without my knowledge. I was then alerted via CVS that neither of the 2 meds sent in were covered. I gave my insurance info in the very beginning with them messaging that it was accepted, yet now am being illegaly balanced billed. I've left several VM with ZERO response yet continue getting bills that went from a balance of $98 to now $208. Such incompetence is truly mind blowing!!! 10/10 WILL NEVER RECCOMMED”
