The administrative support is just as phenomenal. The staff is highly responsive, and communication is seamless; getting a message to a provider is always quick and easy. What sets Helios apart is the atmosphere of absolute dignity. I have never felt judged or treated as less than; instead, I am always met with understanding and respect. “I thought the office was very efficient with taking vital signs and obtaining UDS at the beginning of my appointment and everyone was very friendly (including when I accidentally followed someone into the admin office.. lol duhhh). Erica Coates, PMHNP is awesome and I definitely connected with her right away. Personable and professional. Would definitely recommend her!”

“Was a patient here, for serveral months. I missed work for a couple days due to severe mental health reasons and they know this. So when I called I’m told over the phone I can’t get a note for work stating this because I haven’t seen a provider. So you’re telling me if I needed a note within 24 to 48 hrs I would have to wait weeks to see my provider? That’s completely stupid, I have been with over places that gave me a note knowing my condition and the fact that I’ve complained now every single session that things weren’t working out and getting worse. I definitely don’t recommend coming here if you need anything at all. They won’t help you.”

“I can appreciate high turnover in this field. I am a social worker and know how it goes. However, I was passed along to several psychiatrists and eventually just gave up. My son was receiving psychiatric services (med management) for a while but we haven't heard anything from his clinician since January. I have just resigned to having his primary care doctor manage his medications at this point. It is hit or miss with the professionalism of the front desk staff and I've sat on hold for an ungodly length of time. I am gathering that this agency once was a better place to receive services, but I would not recommend in 2026.”
