“I love the amazing staff at Helen Farabee. They are there because they care and want to make a positive change. Each and every one of them is wonderful in their own unique way. They all bring so much to the table! I had the great pleasure of having Dr.Crane as my Psychiatrist. Dr. Crane is an excellent doctor and he really took the time and care to find the best solution for me as an individual and something that would fit best for my life while taking my physical health into account as well. He is very personable and kind and professional. Helen Farabee is definitely so blessed to have him as well as the rest of everyone who works there. This place is spectacular! I Love You All! ❤️”

“At this point I don’t think they have a nurse, if they do she doesn’t know how to check her voicemails and give calls backs. Do better! So frustrating, I’ve been calling for 2 weeks trying to reschedule an appointment. I did my part y’all need to do yours! I look forward to letting this be known at my next visit as well.”

“If I could rate individual service I would. The crisis center is a much needed and highly favored resource. You "professionals" can't even call me back and I have called in regards of an issue. Your doctor I saw was emotionless and not helpful. I felt bullied into a med I'm not sure about and now I can't take it anyway because you refused to call me back. It's a disgrace. Like I said if you are in Crisis please get a hold of the center they are fantastic. I am however glad I have a therapist and psychiatrist else where.”

“Dr Crane is very good to me and is helping me though some tough times,I really appreciate how he takes the time to listen,I wish I could see him in person and not on camera which was kinda weird for me at first. I struggle every day with depression,anxiety and panic attacks and I am a work in progress and works well with all issues”
