“This is only the second visit for my daughter with Kristen Johnson but I am already so grateful for her. I've had many therapists in the past who weren't what I needed and so I was hesitant to reach out for help. Kristen has a warm but firm personality. She asks questions with genuine care and I can see that she wants to find the root of the problem. She's incredibly patient and her firmness is one of the things I really like. She doesn't back down from my daughter, doesn't baby talk her and she's not mean to her either. She's almost like a detective, gathering clues to find out what happened and will do what it takes to get the job done. She's been incredible since the moment we met over Zoom, so much so, I'd like her to be my therapist as well. I don't remember the other names but the one who called me on the phone to make the first appointment was great as well. We had a nice conversation. Intake was phenomenal too. Thank-you so much to the children's department of Hegira for being here, for easing my worries and for being wonderful ♡”

“Don’t recommend obviously they have two stars for a reason took almost 6 months to see a psychiatrist for medicine just cause if you can’t make an appointment and call them to let them know they’ll reschedule it for another 2 to 3 month wait claiming cause they have a lot of people I highly doubt it specially if there eating and reviews are at a two star. Then if you give them paperwork to review your previous medcine they won’t prescribe them they want you to go through more loops. Plus when you make an appointment to talk to a psychiatrist they send you to a nurse practitioner instead even though you requested an appointment with the psychiatrist.”

“You’ll likely relapse if you use these services. The pharmacy is good and the nurses and doctors at the clinic are very kind. Everything else sucks. The therapy there is awful. The IOPS and NA meetings are bad too The people that run this organization are often Reddit/Discord Mod looking people that are power hungry and would kick you out over something ridiculous. Adam who leads the IOPS group looks and acts exactly like a Reddit Moderator. You watch Ted Talks videos and they’ll force you to answer, if they don’t like your answer (which can be you’re opinion), they’ll kick you out without warning Also my therapist, Joe Ude, stopped doing my therapy without warning and the other places he referred me to were just as bad. Worst of all, this happened on my birthday and I relapsed and got into legal trouble. I was on Suboxone and they kicked me out of the MAT program. I had to redo the intake which was a few weeks after my 28 day doses were gone. Even if you take the medication as prescribed, they’ll force you to quit CT from Suboxone and they’ll either refer you to COPE or Oakdale for detox. It’s extremely cruddy. You’ll very likely relapse because this company only cares about profit and not about people’s sobriety. I would definitely give this place 0 stars if it wasn’t for the nice nurses/doctors at the clinic and the pharmacy. The guy running this company is a selfish Reddit Moderator (he is Alan)”

“Hi. This place was horrible. I talk to spirits and God. They all guide me in my life. I deal with happy and mad spirits. I have helped many mad spirits see the light when you die and now they are kind to me were as before they were mean to me. A bunch of the workers here did not respect me because I talk to spirits. I am also a non-passable crossdresser and one of the workers there did not respect I crossdress. I don't crossdress every day but I do that on occasion and I have that right. I am not hurting anyone by what I do. I go somewhere else now for my mental health services and the workers there treat me much better. I do not recommend this place to anyone. God Bless everyone.”
