“Do not use for any important health issues! I had appointment necessary to get medication refilled, life saving medication I have been on for 8+ years they also seen me for pain I was experiencing. Sent me to UAMS for the pain I assumed they would send in refill for ongoing medication. After leaving UAMS and calling for a week and a half I finally got through just to be told that medication wasn’t refilled and I’d need another appointment before they could send the script in. At this point it has been almost a month and I am out of said medication!! Worst experience ever with a clinic, changing my PCP immediately!! Will never use Dr Natalie Baker or HCI in any town ever again!!”

“The Russellville team is fantastic. They are very accommodating and helpful in a town with a weirdly unaccommodating and unhelpful medical community. Isn't that how medicine is supposed to be?!? What kind of place doesn't return calls or says they can't see me for weeks or months when I'm sick right now? Not this place, I'll tell you that. I showed up as a walk-in near the end of the day on my first visit, and it was no problem. I've visited a few times now, and they're helping get my health straightened out.”
