What patients say on Google

“I had a wonderful experience with Estefani. She made the entire Medicaid enrollment process quick, and easy to understand. Her dedication to helping patients get insured is clear from the moment you sit down with her. Thank you!”

“Everyone was amazing. Sofia Zulueta who checked me in, gave me the clipboard to fill out my annual form, and gave me the men's room key when I expressed I really needed to go. Monique Nwala, my doctor, truly cares about her patients. She was going to prescribe a muscle relaxant for my shoulder, but then changed her mind when she realized it might interact with the medicines I was already taking. Mouna, the medical technician, is always kind and warm. She connects with her patients on a human level which really makes us feel comfortable. Keila Ramos, who checked me out, took her time with me and answered all my questions and took care of scheduling all my follow up appointments. From A to Z, this place is numero uno!”
Brian Bell
“I had a very disappointing experience at the Herndon location of HealthWorks. Unlike other branches, their responsiveness and level of care were extremely poor. They did not properly check my daughter’s condition. They never actually measured her temperature, yet they entered a number themselves in the records. Her fever was 103°F, but they reported it as 92°F, which is completely inaccurate and very concerning. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it involves a child’s health. In addition, the staff did not treat my daughter kindly. Their overall attitude toward her was not appropriate for a pediatric setting and lacked compassion. I truly hope this location improves its standards of care and professionalism, because families deserve better — especially when it comes to their children’s health.”

“Excellent clinic for low income patients. You won't be disappointed to visit them. Everyone is very friendly and very talented. They know what they are doing. Best staff ever.”
