“These horrific human beings broke into my home and busted my slider door on a brand new construction home and tracked dirt and ruined a my brand new rug. My slider door will not shut or lock. My ex-husband called the Grand Haven Police Department, (where I used to live when he would call to do a wellness check on me), and we were told what they did as illegal. I am not getting calls back so I guess it’s time to get an attorney. These people cause harm. It is going to take years of therapy to undo the trauma caused by breaking into my home while I was sleeping. I wish all the worst on them, and I hope they get shot the next house they break into. I had a security system installed as of today, and I will be armed if they ever set foot onto my private property again.”

“Whoever is running youth services as well as Healthwest as a whole should be fired. They have such a massive turnover of therapists there. I have forgotten how many therapists have replaced the previous one for my child. My child has not seen the same therapist more than three times. We have been engaging with HealthWest since August and it is currently March. If your desire is to drain your bank account while your family continues to fall apart, this is the place for you.”

“Creepy and dystopian. I taken to an exam room, but instead of seeing a doctor in person, I spoke with a doctor by video who was not physically there. After a few months of treatment I was completely worse off and wish I never went to this place. The medication I was prescribed caused worse problems than I had. It left me feeling emotionally distressed and unable to feel pleasure or enjoyment in daily life. Lots of unnecessary paperwork, and procedures as well. It was hard for me to navigate as a “high functioning” person. I can’t imagine how their average client could cope with it.”

“I'm standing outside your door after 8:00 on January 1st, You're answering service says you would reopen on January 1st at 8:00. It's after 10a on January 1st with a lot of cars in the parking lot covered with snow. Very disappointing false advertisement someone screwed up.”
