What patients say on Google
“I came here for cyst on my head and I was honestly really worried about it. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. They actually took the time to look at everything properly and even did an ultrasound right there, which gave me so much peace of mind. They were able to figure out exactly what was going on during the visit itself, which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt very thorough and reassuring, not rushed at all. Also, the clinic is super aesthetic and clean, which just adds to the overall comfort. I would definitely recommend HealthONE to my family and friends, and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a place that truly listens and takes care of you.”
“⭐ Outstanding patient-centered care. One of the most compassionate healthcare experiences I’ve had. I felt this experience was worth sharing because finding compassionate healthcare providers can be incredibly difficult, and the level of care I received here truly stood out. I visited Health One Medical Center and saw Sanjana Thakkar, MSN, FNP-BC, and she went far beyond what I expected from a healthcare provider. I originally scheduled my visit because I’m currently in between pain management doctors, and trying to find one that accepts my insurance had been extremely frustrating. I spent hours calling pain specialists listed through my insurance provider only to discover that many of the listings were outdated or inaccurate. When I arrived at Health One Medical Center, the staff noticed I was due for an annual physical and offered to complete it during the same visit, which was incredibly convenient. But what truly impressed me was the level of care and advocacy from Sanjana. Instead of simply giving me a referral and sending me on my way, she took the time to write a referral and guide me toward a pain management specialist that accepted my insurance. Unfortunately, that clinic never returned my calls. But she didn’t stop there. During my follow-up visit, she asked about my pain appointment and personally spoke to a pain management specialists that accept my insurance. She even pulled up for me on my phone so I could see exactly where it was and which doctor she was referring me to. Then she went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced in healthcare. She called the pain management office right there during our visit, confirmed they do in fact accept my insurance, and spoke with them on my behalf to ensure everything was correct and that I could be seen. She professionally advocated for me and made sure I had the support I needed. Because of her effort and follow-through, I was able to secure an appointment with a pain specialist the very next day, something that had felt nearly impossible after hours of trying to navigate the system on my own. That level of dedication is something I is rarely ever experienced in espesacially healthcare. She also reviewed all of my lab results in detail instead of simply sending a message through a patient portal. She explained everything clearly and kindly so it made sense and was reassuring. She noticed several of my vitamin levels were low, especially Vitamin B, recommended treatment, and even gave me a Vitamin B injection right there during the visit. She also sent prescriptions to the pharmacy conveniently located next door, which made everything quick and easy. Another thing that stood out was the entire team at Health One Medical Center. From the front desk staff to the phlebotomists, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. You can tell this is a team that truly cares about helping patients. With services like same-day appointments, walk-in care, primary and family medicine, on-site lab testing, and wellness services, the clinic itself is incredibly convenient. But what truly sets them apart is the compassionate, patient-centered care. Sanjana Thakkar is knowledgeable, humble, compassionate, and truly advocates for her patients. She even asked me to call and update her after my appointment with the pain specialist, which shows how invested she is in her patients’ wellbeing. If you’re looking for a primary care provider, walk-in clinic, family medicine doctor, or healthcare professional who genuinely listens and helps you navigate the healthcare system, I highly recommend Health One Medical Center. I hope sharing this helps someone else who may be struggling to navigate the healthcare system like I was.”
“I had an excellent experience today with Sanjana Thakkar, APRN, FNP at Health One Medical Center. I came in because I was having trouble hearing out of my left ear, and she immediately took the time to thoroughly examine both ears. She discovered that I had a small amount of dried earwax buildup that was affecting my hearing and recommended a deep cleaning procedure. The cleaning was very intense for me, but it was extremely effective, and I felt so much relief afterward. She did an amazing job cleaning my ears and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She also prescribed medicated ear drops for me to use twice a day to continue treatment. In addition, I received a B12 shot during my visit, and the entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal. The staff took very good care of me, the office was modern and up-to-date with technology, and it was clear that Sanjana Thakkar is very knowledgeable and well educated in her practice. I truly appreciate the excellent care and professionalism I received today. I would absolutely return to Health One Medical Center for future services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care.”
“Don’t go here! I’m really disappointed. I had thought that I had finally found a good doctor. They were kind, do i was happy. But i didn’t like how they don’t take me seriously. I went there and all they did was talk to eachother and make me wait an hour despite my appointment. They also lost my TB test results so I had to get my blood taken again and wait another week! Mind you i told them that i needed it as soon as possible for clearance since i was volunteering. Not to mention I already have iron and had lots of blood drawn out already for other tests! How could they be so careless?! They were very slow! They made me wait to make sure i put a five star review! Do your job properly. And they didn’t even tell me that a heart monitor costed money and just put me on it without asking me. So now i have to pay 500 dollars! They don’t inform you properly. Not good doctors unless you’re going for B Vitamin injections or whatever they sponsor! Would not recommend for other conditions. Go to an actual doctor. If you need five star review, you need to earn it. Not force it upon someone on their first experience to their clinic.”
