What patients say on Google

“I always send my clients to Ben Biller for psychological evaluations. He's easy to talk to while being clinically professional in doing his evaluations. I used to collaborate with Nicole Duckett when she worked for DCS. She's very kind and cares for her clients. I highly recommend Nicole because of her empathetic, genuine and nonjudgemental approach to therapy.”

“I’ve had an exceptional experience with Health Management Services, especially under the care of Nicole Duckett. Nicole is a compassionate, insightful, and highly skilled therapist who creates a safe and supportive space to work through challenges. Her professionalism, active listening, and personalized approach have made a meaningful impact on my mental health and personal growth. I always leave our sessions feeling heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to move forward. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone seeking a therapist who genuinely cares and makes a real difference. Thank you, Nicole, for your incredible support!”

“I came in to pick up my medical records. Simple, right? Not so! They made a lengthy speech about how, since my legal gender had changed between my first and second appointments, they could not release my records unless I put my deadname in the signature field??? I tried to ask questions but was told "I don't have to answer that" until finally they gave me my records anyway, without my deadname in my signature. As I was handed my medical records, I was informed the police had been called??? Of course I waited for them, they spoke to the same woman, and then informed me that I had been banned from the premises! I asked why, and they said they didn't know, and that the employee (not the owner) doesn't have to give a reason! The police were very polite and I went on my way, medical records in hand, and I'm just confused about what I did wrong, why I wasn't TOLD I was doing anything wrong, and why the police were called!? Very strange experience, and I really hope that it's just a coincidence that my gender was, for some reason, at the forefront of this encounter before the police were inexplicably called 🤔”

“I was referred here by my child’s counselor. We wanted to test for autism and we were referred to see Benjamin. Benjamin was a pleasure to work with for the most part. The interaction with the young lady upfront… by my third visit I had her thaw out some and be nicer. But I’ll say I was turned off by my first interactions with her. Short with me and kinda rude. I am disappointed in the fact that nobody set any expectation on what the testing would look like or getting the results/payments. Calling in to set the appointment I should’ve been told. when I left from our last session of testing, they set an appointment for me to get the results over the phone. At that time, no one told me that I would have to pay $600 to get the results and so until I pay, I will not know. it’s almost like they were gatekeeping and did not want to offer that information so that I would be in this position now. Not good business if you ask me. I called to make a $300 payment and the person answered Nicole at 12:47 (yes Friday… annnnnd) said that they were closed. I said oh I thought I had till 1. She said no that they didn’t have patients so they closed early. I say all this bc it wasn’t a pleasant experience and would recommend going somewhere else. Wish I would have”
