“I might be slightly obsessed, but the Health House has been a gift from the universe. Not only have I been able to try all types of self-care, like the red light sauna, exercise with oxygen therapy, yoga, various types of massage, lucid dream light, etc., but I have also been able to take part in cacao ceremonies, vision board creation, and women's wellness. There is such a good, warm and welcoming energy between Liam and his staff and the beautiful old building it's in. Something magical happens when I visit and I'm usually floating out. It's been so helpful to my stressed nervous system. I would highly recommend trying anything and everything they have to offer. Your body and mind will thank you!
