“Edit: I had to drive to the location as a last resort and the people behind the desk were very friendly. Sorted out the whole thing and I received my prescription the same day. Changing my review from 1 to 3 stars. Leaving the original review below for your consideration. - Horrible. I cannot get my prescription refilled due to the doctor (Ullah) not sending information over to the pharmacy regarding our last appointment. Me, my psychiatrist, and the pharmacy have tried reaching out to the office SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE CORSE OF A MONTH to get this straightened out, but still nothing gets done. You cannot even understand the people on the other side of the phone when you are able to reach them and they are very RUDE to you and will transfer you to someone else that will not pick up the phone. They will not call you back if you leave a voice mail. When I did get an appointment with the doctor, they rescheduled it without my knowledge and tried rescheduling it again, then blamed it on "technical issues" for why she was not able to do the appointment that morning. I had to go out of my way to keep the appointment to even see her. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!”
