“I had a very bad experience with the office manager her name is Shauntis Woulard ! The team there was nasty and unprofessional. I was treated that all my appointments was going to be canceled if I didn’t listen to her. I asked the office manager at this location to help me solve an issue and she got nasty and was not willing to help me. She then proceeded to talk rudely and hung the phone up on me. POOR service ! “I had a very bad experience here with the Office Manager her name is Shauntis Woulard she is the office manager over in Altomonte. I called in regards of a charge that was on my card and she proceeded to tell me false information I then told her what was it for and she couldn’t tell me. She had a very bad attitude and treated to cancel all my appointments set up with my provider. I said your not able to do it she did and hung up in my face. I’d like to escalate this situation and further speak to someone higher up. I trusted you guys and this is how I get treated. If this don’t get resolved I’ll be going to the news and telling my story… why hire people for the public if they treat us BAD ?”
