“I just gave up on this practice. I reached out once and got a huge run around from a therapist about having an app run my mental health appointments scheduling, payments and just about everything else with the practice. This was after Dr Sell wouldn't see me..I passed and went to my pcp who recommended and sent a referral to the for me...so I reached out. I explained Im not a fit for an app and giving my cc information to an app so they could bill me. So They let the app go. I see Dr Brandon on first meeting I explained I wanted to have weekly in person sessions. Dr Brandon had a story everytime I went to an appointment why he can't do weekly in person appointments, I'm teaching, I'm this and I'm that. Last time I saw him I again asked about weekly in person appointments. He tells me then I can't do weekly in person appointments because Im busy getting my own practice up and running. He then says I have permits, inspections, and zoning in place for his practice. So Dr Brandon basically lied everything I asked for weekly appointments. He knew he wasn't gonna be able to accommodate patients. So instead of just saying it point blank he leads you on. Thanks for lying to a client that went to this practice for mental health care! Definitely won't recommend this place to anyone!! Terrible lying therapists and a very very unfriendly environment for patients.”
