“The most unprofessional(using pls, u, ur, very poor punctuation and capitalization in emails - knit picky but still very unprofessional, in my opinion) unorganized, ingenuine psychiatric experience that I've ever experienced. Very, very poor medication management (had to request multiple times to have an Rx filled and when it was finally filled it was sent to the wrong pharmacy after being told multiple times to send to a specific pharmacy) as well as very poor communication. The most recent example was - I realized that I was out of a certain medication on a Saturday, so - I reached out to Eunice every way that I knew (email, text and phone call/leaving a voicemail) later that evening I receive an email essentially stating that it was my responsibility to reach out to them (during business hours) to request an Rx to be filled. Was also informed via the same email that texting was no longer a valid form of communication. I was then told that due to the class of this medication that she doesn't send 'automatic refills' (even though she had done it multiple times in the past) she then started "At this point I have sent a 30 days refill of your medication which will give you enough time to find another provider because as of today 1/29/2022 your treatment is terminated in this clinic. thank you and Good luck." Oh wait, a wee bit contradictory to what she stated before??? So, I guess she actually is able to refill my rx 'automatically' - again, in my opinion - very poor medication management. Tldr; don't waste your time on this lady.”
