What patients say on Google

“I was with a therapist at Healing Bridges for 12 years until she left for another practice. I didn’t want to start over with someone new, but eventually agreed to. Since then, I’ve been switched between therapists multiple times. I specifically asked my newest therapist if she planned on staying, and she told me yes. Yesterday, I was already having a very difficult day and was looking forward to my appointment for support. Instead, I was told she would be transferring some of her clients to other therapists. After already experiencing so much inconsistency here, this completely overwhelmed me. I cried for hours afterward and became so upset that I had to reach out to a crisis text line for support. Unfortunately, this was not my only negative experience at Healing Bridges. I’ve also experienced HIPAA/privacy issues and have had poor experiences with some doctors there as well. At this point, I’ve decided to look elsewhere for therapy. Consistency and trust matter so much in mental health treatment, and sadly I no longer feel I can rely on this practice. I am calling Carelon and filing a formal complaint!”

“"Reasonable waiting times? Never heard of her, is she hot?" Also: Put some fricken jazz on or something. I *HATE* that TV.”

“I recently graduated from the anger management program with Matt and I can’t give enough praise for this! It was recommended to me as I was already seeing Him weekly and I learned so much about what is actually going on in my brain and body during moments of anger. I earned about thought stopping, amygdala hijacking, safe/healthy relationships, and so much more. I am able to be aware of my thoughts before they turn into actions because of this class. 10/10 recommend this company. Best therapy in Washington, Pa.”

“If you’re looking for a place that is welcoming, comforting, and diverse, look no further, Healing Bridges is the place to be! Healing Bridges treats adults, adolescents, and children, in the best way they can, not just with medications and therapy, but with blended case management as well! And the staff truly value your mental health and are the most caring personnel you could come across!”
