How likely are you to recommend Heale - Tupelo?
What patients say on Google
“The Spring Street location is great, but I have left messages and been trying to make follow up appointments for almost a month and a half. I can’t get a call back. I’ve left multiple voicemails. My phone is older and already packed so I can’t access their client portal and that seems to be the only way to get an appointment. I’ve left multiple messages over the past month and a half and no one has called me back. If you do things the old-fashioned way over the phone this doesn’t seem to be a good fit.”
“I started my time as a patient here in 2022 and they were great. I saw nurse practitioner Paige Pounds and she’s great and was the reason I went to Heale. When she left, I considered staying with Heale due to the familiarity of the place until they fired their receptionist and office manager. He was incredible and warmed up the office and waiting room immensely. He always greeted me like he’d known me forever and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. It’s truly unfortunate that this company chose their own interests over the patients, because I’d still be there if they’d kept him. They’ve just recently lost hundreds of clients so I’m sure there’s plenty of room for new patients but I wouldn’t recommend as it’s a horribly dysfunctional company that doesn’t prioritize loyalty.”
“My daughter comes to this facility and she was off to a slow start, but once her therapist (Ms. S.) began to work with her, and see the areas where my daughter neded help, her therapist came up with a plan that us meeting my daughter's needs. It is truly a pleasure having someone on board that is producing outcomes. I thank the therapist and the facilty, you're doing great things by changing people's lives.”
“You get 2 stars because you're better than community counseling. I started my journey to healing a few months ago with Heale. First 3 session in Columbus was great except for the fact I put on my paperwork I was angry with God and every session ended with God has a plan, Imma pray for you, and come to this church yada yada. Then came billing day. $80 was attempted to be taken from my bank account but co pay is only $40. Nearly $900 charged to my insurance to be told God has a plan. Ok then I ask for a diagnosis for the food stamp office and nobody has yet to do anything with food stamps leading to them being cut off. So I set up for meds, all is great until 2 weeks in symptoms got completely worse. No check up for a month. Then they forced my appointment up a day and then set me up with a telehealth therapist for the next day. The therapist was a no show. Waiting online for an hour with my phone plugged to the wall I finally closed the app yet they can't determine if I canceled the appointment or if the therapist did. On a monitored app? What? After several attempts to pay what I owe, because cash is king and you're not killing me off with unforseen charges in the middle of a broke week, I have sent people to the Columbus location and nobody is ever there. I try to call the tupelo office and nobody will answer the phone or return my calls. I've been waiting patiently for the next step. I've even attempted contact today and nobody answered my call however they told my mom from a different number that I could set up another appointment any time. Thing is nobody is talking to me period. I was going to avoid having the guys in white coats come after me by not reviewing Heale but the people that need real help should seek it at a place you actually matter. Remember folks, you matter in this world. You are loved by the real world too.”
