“I had an appointment with them, I filled out the paperwork and verified my payment information. On the day of the appointment, they canceled on me. They said I didn't give them my payment info. I did give them my cc number and they verified it by charging me a small amount and then refunded it. I called several times and they would not tell why I was canceled.”

“I've been going there for about a month now. There's many to do there. They have a nice gym with even a punching bag. The people are very friendly. The staff are very kind and supporting. 4am yesterday my dogs went outside and attacked a skunk. They brought the smell all over in the house and I had first thought something was burning until my friend told me he separated them from an animal with white fur. I had been up trying to air out the house and running air fresheners. I had not hugged nor touched the dogs with my bare hands and had showered before I left for headway. Much to my dismay I had not known that you can get skunked by just the dogs making the particles airborne. I only thought that it came from the oils if they were to get on you from direct contact. I had unknowingly brought the smell with me. I was so mortified and embarrassed that I was stemming. Staff was kind to pull me aside and discreetly offer me to go to Walmart to pick up items to deskunk myself. They even have a shower at the clubhouse that they offered me to use. I cannot be anymore grateful for their kindness and going above and beyond to make sure that I was more comfortable. Thank you Staff at Headway for making it a pleasant experience.”

“I toured the facility. It seemed new enough, but it seemed very quiet. People seemed a bit stand offish. There didn’t seem to be very much cohesion amongst members, quite asynchronous.”
