What patients say on Google
“I was referred to this place from my previous therapist because I felt I had bipolar or BPD and wanted to see what I would be diagnosed with for a better treatment plan for me and my future. My therapist at the time said I had bipolar tendencies and so did I. I did a brief interview with a psychiatrist and told her my concerns and my life history and told her I thought I may have bipolar and she laughed me out the door and said she didn’t think I had that (based on a short 30 mins conversation) I felt disappointed because I felt I knew my mind more than anyone and had seen a therapist for a year telling me I wasn’t crazy and she agreed with me thinking I had bipolar disorder. I did multiple testing and they gave me a diagnosis of PTSD, anxiety and depression. Which I didn’t really agree with. 2 years later my new doctor I had been seeing for 2 years gave me a treatment plan and listened to me and my family and therapist and diagnoses me with bipolar. After throughly watching, listening, and observing. I felt laughed at by a 30 min conversation about my genuine concerns just to be diagnosed with what I knew I had and actually listened to by someone else.”
“I really like working with Mr. Ceballos. But I think I need to talk about how wonderful the Med Assistants are ... For the longest time Lakenya was a Med Assistant/Problem Solver/Jack of All Trades (worked with me for maybe five years) and now Donna has worked with me for maybe two years. She is caring, compassionate, and asks all the key questions. Both are extraordinary people!”
“We have had nothing but positive experiences here. The providers, nurses, and staff have all treated us with respect and understanding, offered solutions, advice, or provided us with answers. It’s been a very long journey but a positive one”
“I am unsure of the low reviews. Initially I was a bit put off by their standard protocol of needing a debit/credit card on file in case of any missed appointments. I didn’t like that and I did call to complain about it, so let me state that upfront. However, based on my experience with bringing my relative here for a series of in-depth assessments. Dr. Grant and her staff are helpful, warm and attentive. They truly are working to help people. It is like night and day based on our experience working with the staff here in contrast another Fayetteville neuropsychology office. Everything was explained upfront. They don’t treat a person differently just because they have a language barrier. They understand and work with the person, and that alone makes a huge difference. My relative has been here several times and she feels comfortable with the assessments thus far. I feel they are competent and show their patients care and concern.”
