What patients say on Google
“I have had serious trauma and desperately need help , but because i recently got a much needed job that is from 9-5 monday through friday, they do not offer me the help i desperately need anymore. The truth is, they are not interested in truly helping people if its not convenient for them, just like every where else I have looked. Our system is broken, and myself and so many others have been failed time and time again. I’m extremely disappointed, and feel that they should be ashamed of themselves for being so selfish. Also, stop advertising 24 hour help- its a flat out lie.”
“If I could give this place a 0, I would. Beware working with these people, they are dangerous when it comes to the mentally disabled. They should NOT be calling themselves clinicians. My mentally disabled aunt, H has a case worker C that has coerced her in saying she was in danger to move her out of the home she has been in for 45 years. There was no danger, just manipulation. These people picked my aunt up from her home, took her to work, and then moved her to a new place. Didn't tell her family. Even DSS has the decency to inform a family that someone has been removed from the home. We thought something happened to her, had to file a missing person report. TURNS OUT these people had her the whole time. I have tried to call this place numerous times, and asked for a call back, NOTHING. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOU LIVED ONES.”
“One of worst places for rescheduling appointments and or making appointments for visits , they give you 24 hr rescheduling period, If you fail show up or reschedule , they put you on day to day call schedule process. Which is ridiculous!! NORMAL DOCTORS OR THERAPY PLACES DON’T DO THIS TYPE OF APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE POLICY!! They need to change this policy so people can reschedule all time whenever and not run off their schedule. Other than that issue i stated, counselor staff and services are pretty nice. receptionist staff could be a lot better. .”
“Very friendly staff and very helpful with mental illness substance abuse and counseling for all ages”
