“UPDATE!!!! They told me my appointment was today at 7.50am and sent me confirmation text at 7pm the night before. I showed up and was told my appointment was cancelled. I DOUBLE CHECKED ABOUT THE CALL CENTER I HAD TO DEAL WITH AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS LOCATED IN INDIA!!!!! It was a nightmare to even make a appointment!!! They use a out of house call center and the agents they used to schedule an appointment and to create my account spoke hardly any English. The connection they had was terrible as well and I have never had connection issues with my 5G device. It took 5 hours of talking to these nice guys to get an appointment scheduled. Then to find out that they don't take a cash payment at this business. So I had to call these sketchy foreign call center again and it took another 2 hours of TALKING for the dudes to answer my question of "Am I allowed to pay on the day of the appointment with a debit card with the payer in another state?”

I owe him a lot so I thank Harmoney for employing this man, because he has helped me so much, he is very smart, respectful, has good insight, good strategies, he’s helped me put a lot of things in perspective, especially when it comes to my anxiety. “My experience with Harmony has been awful. This is the third time I've made a telehealth appointment, taken off work for said appointment, then the provider does not show up. The appointment is marked as "no show" even though I was the one that showed up and the provider didn't. I spoke with the office manager yesterday who advised someone would reach out regarding my concerns and that has not happened. I'm about to be completely out of medication and this provider has caused me so much unnecessary anxiety and stress. This is such an unethical way to run a mental health practice. Will be reporting this facility to Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.”
