“I am sorry I had to give 1 star. I called to schedule an appts. It took 2 phone calls before Jean called me back. She then told me she could not make an appointment because her husband did not charge her laptop. She said she would email me in a couple of hours with a list of appointments. I had to call again the next afternoon. It took another 5 hours before she emailed me with a list of appointments. It let me know Jean and Harle counseling is not very interested in accepting new patients. If you need help go someplace else where they are interested in helping you.”
