“I went here for over a year. Dr Sandhu is good, And the ladies at the front desk are good, but the person that does the prior authorization for medications is bad at what she does. The whole time I went here she was never able to get my med covered under my insurance, now the last psychiatric doctor I went to would have to do a prior authorization with the insurance company once a year and it took her office manager 15 minutes to get it done. But this person could never get it done, so I had to pay for the med my self.”

“The office staff are rude and incompetent. They repeatedly made errors when taking down my personal and insurance information. They consistently overbooked and double booked their appointments so every time an appointment was made I was made to wait for two hours to see the Dr. for 5 minutes. The dr. had been seeing me via phone and telehealth visits since before COVID but during my last interaction with the office staff they tried to literally bully me into coming in person.”
