“I finally decided to get back into Therapy. I decided on Harborside for the reviews. I was mistaken when I was not talked to about my insurance not covering the appointment. I got charged $450 and another invoice for $150 for one 50-60 min session. I messaged them explaining my concern about not having the conversation with me about the cost and no insurance coverage and they said they would send me a super bill to send to my insurance to hopefully get them to cover it. Needless to say I cancelled my next appointment.”
