What patients say on Google
“I was seeing Stacey Carabin at this location for about the past year. She tried around a dozen different anxiety medications to treat my condition and none were effective save 1, which she refused to prescribe any longer, not even for just as needed use which is what I required. I am very disappointed with the service I received here. I've transferred doctors to get a second opinion and I'm hoping my experience will be better. If you're considering going to this location I strongly advise refusing to see Stacey Carabin, she is unreliable and unwilling to work with clients.”
“It’s a good mental health institution, but I’ve been waiting weeks for my accommodations for work . Does it really take this long just to get some documentation signed for work , on the other hand they tried saying I don’t need an accommodation, according to the nurse who set an appointment up with me said that “I don’t seem that bad off “ enough to need an accommodation for work . Well if you actually was my psychiatrist that would be a valid response but it’s not . Almost a month later . Still signature from anyone . I will wait 2 more weeks . If not I’m finding a new provider and medication provider. Leaving this place for good soon if they don’t get back”
“The people are amazing: however, the office has a truly insane bizarre rule where faxes are not accepted, requests from other offices are are refused, and any communication regarding any work medical document authorization must be done in office with physically handing documents to the front desk. Despite my love for the staff and my doctor, this has derailed my life multiple times. Recommendation: if you live really close, this office is fine. If this office is a bit of a drive, then the drive will add up if you have other physicians or work who want to coordinate with the office.”
“My mom is a patient at this facility and has been calling for over 2.5 weeks for a medication refill and concerns of an allergic reaction for her new RX and can’t get anyone on the phone. They always say to leave a voicemail and they will call you back but never do. As a medical professional myself, I cannot believe this facility is still open.”
