“Staff is lazy and incompetent. Forced me to reschedule my appointment the night before and the doctor did not show for the next. Then, did not fill prescriptions as needed. Staff seems to take pleasure in gaslighting clients to feel guilty when the doctor’s admin makes mistakes, Prescriptions are intentionally delayed to inflict suffering in retaliation for asking to be respectful of patients’ time. Extremely unprofessional and harmful.”
