What patients say on Google

“I always have a great experience at Happi BH. The staff is wonderful—incredibly patient and attentive. You can really tell they care. Plus, the office space has been updated to be so comfortable; it makes such a difference in feeling relaxed during an appointment. I genuinely look forward to my visits!”

“8:30 am appt. Did paperwork online day before, got inside and checked in before 8:30 am day of. It is 9:10 am and I have yet to even get called in and multiple people that came after me was able to be seen almost immediately. If you open at 8:30 and ur appt is at 8:30 as the first client for a nurse/practitioner- do not bother thinking you are their first person or that they care to even get you in fast enough. It is outrageous”

“They are not respectful of people's time. Waiting in the lobby 30-45 mins past your appt is unacceptable and this is everytime. I picked this office out of convenience but it's very inconvenient when u have to reschedule bc they are ALWAYS BEHIND. I've had an appointment with my primary care provider once and it's always been someone different every time i go. If zero was available as a rating I'd give zero.”

“So I have a little kid that is special needs and needed him on a good ADHD medication for his when I moved him from a 1 mg to a 2 mg his body was very sensitive and got night terrors and instead of them working with something like that they kept on up, dosing his medication and giving him a higher dosage in the last time he lost his appetite and lost at least 10 pounds and I kept on telling them to go back to the 1 mg. It was great for him and he did better on that did not any of the medication’s they put them on so they started at 18 mg medication went up to 25 mg and I went out to 100 mg and each one was worse than the other. I do not recommend you to go to Happy. I recommend you to find somewhere else to go to and do not waste your time. I had to pull all my kids out of their doctors office and move them somewhere else because they felt like my six year old should’ve been admitted to a hospital.”
