“Terrible! They won't even answer questions when you are having problems with a medicine they prescribed! Side effects? Problems? They will get back to you in a few days, if they feel like it. Tried to call but they rarely answer. When they did I couldn't talk to anyone. They essentially said that it sounds like a "me problem" and maybe I should make an appointment with my doctor. Their attitude was that I could leave if I didn't like it. How do they get away with this?”

“Disappointingly bad bordering on negligence imo. If you like rude and unconcerned the admin staff will make you feel right at home. They don't particularly care what you think either because I'm their own words "they're essentially the only game in town". Whether you need serious help, occasional guidance, or even just reliable medicine refills for important RX it doesn't matter to them. You will accept what little they give you with a smile or they'll punt you for someone in the crowded market of demand. The smugness of their dismissive attitude will wear on you eventually, but nothing will change until the balance of the power dynamic shifts.”

The whole demeanor will catch you off guard, especially for mental health facility.
