“I went back to the Veterans affairs, if that says anything! i was refered to Nana by the Veterans affairs, because they could not get me in for 3 months. So my bill was covered. My daughter also went to Nana but hers was covered under private insurance. So on a regular basis I was called in regards to fixing a problem with the insurance company! so there issue not mine, but them was made mine! One day i went into tachycardia and called the office in regards to a med change or reduction. 30mg 2x a day Cymbalta I was told we will call you right back. 4 hours later i called back and was told that i needed to fix my daughters billing info and would not speak of my tachycardia. So i had a brief vacation to the sticky sock club. Spoiler alert, she got cussed out, they admitted they messed up billing, and Im good now but forreal reconsider your options because she is going to let you know quick she is only there as a hobby, and will google more than you!”

“I believe that Nana and her assistant should improve their professionalism. If you're looking for a medication management provider, it might be worth considering other options. I'm currently in the process of finding a different provider.”
