What patients say on Google

“Haley started tapering me off of a medication that wasn’t working for me that I’ve been on for about 12 years or longer, and I was having major depression and anxiety! Haley tapered me off too quickly, onto a different medication! I started having bad side effects and lots of crying spells and lots of aches and pains all over my body! I told her that I think she tapered me off too quickly. Next time I met Haley Online she had done some research and found out. She did taper me off too quickly.! She then started me, tapering off my new medication back onto the medication I was originally trying to taper Off ! She told me she was going to have me meet with one of their psychiatrist That it may take a few weeks! Never happened! Then she told me she was gonna arrange for me to consult with one of her colleagues that never happened! I told her that my therapist that I’ve been going to for 14 years, said that she’d be happy to talk to her and I signed a release form for that to happen! When I met With her and told her I had Signed the release form on The patient portalshe told me she was gonna call her my therapist that day and it never happened! Once I was 3/4 of the way back on my old medicine and still partly on the new medication, I was still having major crying spells two or three a week that went on and on and on, and she just kind of left me hanging! I eventually ended up going to the Mayo Clinic and see one of the top psychiatrist there. He stated that Haley definitely tapered me off my medication too quickly! He developed the new plan to get off my old medication and onto a new one! The plan that he was developed was sent to Haley and when I met with her online, she said she would review it Thoroughly and we would start it next time we met online! The next time we met, she wanted me to completely quit one medication the newest medication that she had put me on and-start the new medication that the Mayo Clinic psychiatrist recommended! My wife pointed out to her that it said I had to taper off the other medication that she had put me on before starting the new medication! She told my wife thanks for pointing that out! It was kind of a big thing that she missed ! I lost any confidence I had in her after that! So after six months, I’m back to my original starting point of where I was to begin with! From the beginning of January 2026 through June 10 of 2026 I have had well over 100 crying spell that lasted for 30 to 40 minutes at a time and I would tell her this every time I would meet with her and it just seemed like we got to a point thatnothing else was happening! I know the mental healthcare systems overburden, but if you can’t help the ones that you’re able to reach then you’re not doing any good! I just want to feel better and have a better life! Haley is very kind and seemed very compassionate and I like her personally but it didn’t help me!”

“I was able to book a visit THIS MONTH with Haley. She was personable and knowledgeable. She actually listened to me and wants to come up with a plan to help me get on track - not just fill my prescriptions. I felt great relief after talking to her and getting my medication worked out and am hopeful that this will be a productive partnership going forward.”
Sandra Little
