What patients say on Google
“I love my doctor but its happened more than once to wear I've called to ask to have a message sent to her and never heard back. This last time was Wednesday and it's now Sunday doing this post.”
“Never again , this place is a mess! Please don’t go here, the Drs do not care about you as a human, they are only there for a check & honestly I’m not sure where or who gave them a license to care for the community, and trying to reach upper management for help is a joke! Melissa Wiresma ( I think that’s her name) has no compassion for her patients, basically has no clue on life or what she is even doing , please find a new dr don’t go to Hackley community care on Baker, that place really needs to be shut down. I wish I could give ZERO stars”
“The medical assistant s whom give kids shots need better training to do so. Leaving holes and baseball size bruises on my granddaughter and grandson s thighs is extremely unacceptable. They are petrified of any shots or blood work to get because of their experience s. Having young parents. Uneducated in this situation didn't realize the kids weren't being over dramatic. When I went with in the last set my granddaughter got. How they do it is nothing in fast or experienced in as I thought. I was a medical assistant. My sons attended port city pediatrics big difference in how things are done. This is my only complaint. Is the ones who did the injection s. And after math. And me going and personally experience in it with as well. Kids do hate shots. But quick, and not huge holes where needless are injected in the leg and bruising is supposed be case. Every time. With both. I keep pushing a pediatrician. I would hold my sons down along with dr or another assistant. And whomever did injection s did it fast and not shoving the needle in. Maybe tiny bruise. But never could I see the injection sites. Or huge bruising. I haven't ever seen until my grandkids in getting shots here. By multiple different medical assistants. Who clearly weren't used to giving to kids as should. If kids see drs here? Or need shots. Someone needs to be trained properly to do so. No kids should have to go through this.”
“Front desk clerks were very unprofessional . The treatment was very rude and disrespectful, I try to approach everyone with a positive attitude but your positive energy will be completely gone by the time you leave that office. Or even get to see your specialist. I love my specialist but I would recommend NEW SECRETARY STAFFING MAJORLY!!!! 09/12/2022”
