What patients say on Google

“Whomever was working taking calls (4/05/2026) I called around 4:35pm and she was EXTREMELY rude. She cut me off multiple times during conversation and even said “Oh my God” while talking to me. She rushed to end my phone call. Extremely unprofessional and impatient.”

“I was with h3 from about 2021-2024. Chelsea Conroy was an EXCELLENT therapist. She made me feel heard and seen. Was available even off hours for crisis moments and provided excellent support during the loss of my mother and my newborn son. I ended up having to stop service due to finding out I was being charged for my sessions unknowingly (thought my insurance was covering it all, apparently there was a change I didn’t know about). Experienced the same with my oldest son. Read ALL fine print when signing the documents and paperwork.”
Soteria Leflore (LNU Entertainment)
“I would strongly caution anyone considering this practice. While the therapists and prescribing doctors are genuinely kind and compassionate, my experience with their office management and billing department has been incredibly disappointing. After unexpectedly landing a job interview, I needed to cancel and reschedule an appointment. I was given the cancellation without being informed of any fees, only to receive a $150 charge a week later without prior notice. When I called to address the situation and asked to pause future appointments until it was resolved, I was hit with yet another $150 fee. It’s disheartening to feel penalized while actively trying to take care of your mental health and navigate personal challenges. Unfortunately, their approach feels more focused on financial penalties than patient care and communication.”

“A complete scam and malpractice. I wish I had read other reviews before contacting them because it’s the same story. I should have quit when I had the headache of making an appointment. It took a week for them to schedule me because they needed me to complete all these forms in the portal, including providing my credit card information, then wait 3 days to process everything. They charged my credit card $322 for two sessions when I had only been once. When I called and inquired on this, they said they charge in advance for scheduled appointments. I asked about my co-pay, because every time I’ve been to therapy with my BCBS coverage it’s been a $40 copay. They said they don’t do co-pays, it’s their policy to charge it to my deductible. I called BCBS about this and they said they never received a claim for the therapy session I received, and confirmed that it does not go against my deductible but is rather a co-pay. The therapy session I received for grief counseling was an absolute waste of time, when all the therapist did was give me a questionnaire to confirm I’m depressed after the sudden death of a family member. Save the frustration, time, and money and avoid this place. I’m still working on how to get back the money they so generously charged me for services I didn’t receive.”
