“Horrible establishment Makes you wait 30+ minutes in a waiting room; to then spend a minute asking if you’re good and charge you $300. Just get your prescription on a mobile app at this point. Forces you to follow up monthly for no reason when you’ve been on a prescription for almost a year. Does not send a new url for each appointment. Sends random bills in the mail with no way to pay. Inconsistent billing methods. I already paid through the text message invoice but still send bills in the mail with no way to pay.”
“Dr. Rubina will eventually lose all of her clients due to the unprofessional, no empathy, no compassionate office staff.. The crazy part is the Dr. saw my son via telemed. And she didn't fill his prescription because they said we were a NCNS which is false. We saw her for only literally 5 seconds. But she didn't remember. We been with her for over 4 years and this never happened.. and instead of taking accountability the office staff basically said I was lying.. and was very rude and nasty.. I really wish it was more I could do, because the office staff dismissed my child because I was emotional and upset about what happened. And I asked several time to speak with the Doctor and that never happened. The whole front office staff need to be replaced ed.. because when it comes to kids or anyone you should have a little more compassion and help figure out a way to resolve the instead saying some one is lying.. and now I have to find another Dr. because Rubina doesn't even remember seeing my son. And he got on the call so she could visible see him like she always do. But because of the neglect of not remembering talking to your pt. Says a lot maybe it's just time to retire. Not remembering to see your patient is very disturbing. And I was also sympathetic about it like we are all human. I gave grace but couldn't get it in return for my child.. very hurtful and unprofessional experience. And I hope she sees this!!!”
“Listen to the reviews…. Diagnosed me right and prescribed me the right medication that really helped me get by but follow through for prescription refill is super inefficient. Dr or NP will have you waiting in the virtual lobby for 30+ minutes and won’t hop until the end of session. By then I had another call to hop on at work and can’t get a refill on a medication that’s needed for my daily function.”
“Have enjoyed working with this place for a long time, but this last time via phone contact was ridiculous. I had an appointment scheduled last month and the day of i was unable to make it due to unforseen work circumstances. I called back later that day to explain the situation and was told they would call and schedule me another appointment. I never received one so I called back and did not get an answer. Come time around the holidays I tried to call and reschedule again with no response and this time was met with a voicemail stating they would be closed for the Christmas holidays. Not concerned because I had medication left i followed up the next week to be met with another voicemail stating they wouldn't be back until the 5th. At this point my medication was running low I called and left a voicemail two separate days with no answer. I ran Out of my medication and had to get a emergency refill at the pharmacy which only got me through a few days while they were still closed. I called today since they were back opened. Explained the situation and was told a message would be sent to ask for a prescription refill and also reschedule and appointment and was told I would get a call back. No call after an two hours so I called back. Was met with a different person over the phone and asked about the prescription and was told no one sent a message on it that they only scheduled my appointment for a few days from now. So as of today I will be out almost two weeks without my prescription since its possibly not even getting refilled until my next appointment.”
